The products –TopSwiss Turning Inserts and Micro Boring Solid (MBS) tooling, and KCU25B Turning Inserts - have been designed to reduce errors and help customers achieve accurate results.
The TopSwiss Turning Inserts are designed for Swiss-type small parts machining and engineered for high depth-of-cut applications in medical, aerospace and defence sectors. The product includes: Four new carbide grades, one new cermet grade and seven new geometries, straight and curved cutting edges for stable cuts and smooth chip flow in low feed, high DOC applications and polished finishing geometries for increased welding resistance and improved surface finishing.
The Micro Boring Solid tooling allows for the machining of smaller applications with greater flexibility. The product promises sharp cutting edges and better chip evacuation for a longer tool life and better surface finishes.
KCU25B Turning Inserts providing rouging and medium machining metal cutting solutions for aerospace and defence sectors.
