MCT powers the re-birth of Norton

MCT is undertaking a comprehensive production programme for Norton, with units produced at MCT's Oxfordshire plant and delivered to Norton's facility at Donington Park. The 961/SS Commando boasts a 961cc parallel twin engine, with push rod valve actuation, developing in excess of 80hp at the rear wheel. Its inspiration comes from over 100 years of Norton competition and road bike history. The company was recently brought from an American owner after it seized production in the early 1990's. Stuart Garner brought the brand and plans the first official outing at the Isle of Man TT in June.
