The company's software allows non-architects and architect users to immediately plan, visualise and optimise any given space.

The AI generates a complete design package such as floor plans, 3D visualisations, Revit/CAD models and more. This can help accelerate decision-making and transactions for brokers, landlords and architects.

qbiq customers have created over 400 million square feet of architectural layouts in hours - replacing time consuming manual work. This will help to replace traditional layout tools such as AutoCAD.

The series A round was led by software investor Insight Partners and was backed by JLL Spark, 10D, Ocean Azul and M-Fund.
