Innovate UK are hosting a consortium building event on 28 April 2015 at The Oval Cricket Ground in Kennington, London. At the event the company will be encouraging companies from other industries to share ideas that could create game changing technologies in Aerospace.
This event, which is free to attend, is an excellent opportunity to pitch project ideas, exhibit technologies, network and hear first hand information about the upcoming competition — Game-changing technologies

The competition 'game changing technologies in aerospace', run by Innovate UK, is opening for registration on 29 June.
Innovate UK is to invest up to £10 million in collaborative research and development and feasibility studies to accelerate the commercialisation of highly innovative technologies for civil aerospace.
Projects should offer solutions to key aerospace industry challenges and for opportunities to bring in technologies and capabilities from outside the traditional aerospace sector.
The participation of SMEs and organisations from outside the traditional aerospace sector is encouraged, as well as universities and research organisations whose high-end academic knowledge and innovation expertise is hoped will bring significant benefit to projects.
