Launched to meet the needs of OEMs sourcing plastic mouldings, rapid prototyped parts and bespoke metal parts, the Plastics, Prototyping and Metal parts Exhibition (PPME) has been created to bring together a collection of important technology and service providers that form the backbone of OEM activity across the entire UK manufacturing spectrum.
The catchment area of the Concorde Centre is bustling with manufacturing activity and is home to more than 8,000 SMEs and blue-chip OEMs including BAE Systems, Bombardier, Airbus, Astra- Zeneca, Bentley Motors, JCB, Rolls-Royce and Vauxhall Motors.
The unique roadshow style format has proved an outstanding success for exhibitors and visitors at the FAST Exhibition, which is being held alongside PPME. Interviews with previous attendees of FAST reveal there is already a demand for PPME with 71% of visitors already purchasing mouldings, rapid prototyping and/or bespoke metal components.
