The project aims to discover, document and share the best practices of world-leading innovative companies from different industrial sectors that have been successfully implementing different practices to optimize their innovation process and make it more efficient. Some of the companies that have previously participated and benefited from this project are Airbus, Telefonica, Siemens, Pratt and Whitney, Goodyear and Danfoss, among others.
Would you like to benchmark your innovation practices? We are now looking for innovative companies to join this year’s Best Practices Discovery Project. Participation is sponsored by the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL) and the Lean Analytics Association (LAA); therefore, participating companies are only required to cover the travel expenses of two LAA team members to carry out a face-to-face interview at your company’s premises. The project value is estimated at € 40.000, but the participating companies shall not bear any further charges except the above travel expenses.
Furthermore, the LAA team will document your lean implementation efforts in a case, and you will also get the opportunity to measure your company’s maturity in the implementation of lean thinking practices in the innovation/product development project with the SMART Maturity Assessment, and to meet other experienced lean practitioners.
