Allan Turtle has more than 15 years of professional experience as a design engineer and throughout his career has worked with several 2D and 3D CAD tools, including AutoCAD, Inventor and CATIA.
He currently works for Atraverda Ltd in South Wales, a leading manufacturer of modern energy storage solutions. His main job task is to invent new batteries that are to be injection moulded.
The company just recently introduced Pro/ENGINEER and Mr. Turtle has taken web-based training to get started with the new tool. He reports that it took him only a few days to get familiar with the software.
