Fingertip operated joystick controllers have been developed for the smooth, precise control of critical functions in a variety of industrial applications where a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) is required. Model JC2000 uses non-contacting Hall-effect sensors, whilst model JC400 uses long life potentiometer tracks and low current switches. Both offer single and multi-axis control with low profile handles protected to IP65 minimum above the mounting panel. Rugged single-axis joystick controllers are designed for demanding operator control applications in off-highway vehicles and other man-machine interfaces. Model JC1500 uses non-contacting Hall-effect sensors, whilst model JC150 uses long life potentiometer tracks and low current switches. Both models offer a high strength lever with superb proportional control, and include a range of multi-function handles that can be configured with switches, triggers and additional proportional control with rockers or thumbwheel rollers. Rugged multi-axis joystick controllers are also designed for demanding operator control applications in off-highway vehicles and other man-machine interfaces, where lever strength, signal reliability, and handle functionality are important. Model JC6000 can be supplied with non-contacting Hall-effect sensors, or long life potentiometer tracks and switch configurations. Model JC8000 is our newest range, offering a high strength lever from a compact design. Both models can be configured with single and dual-axis control, and have a range of ergonomic multi-function handles that can be configured with switches, triggers and additional proportional control with rockers or thumbwheel rollers.
