MiniTec's Profile System is a perfect solution for demanding materials handling and conveying applications. Typical examples for standardised conveying modules include the UMS pallet circulation conveyor and the WF 3000 spiral conveyor. The UMS is double-track chain conveyor with fixed product customised pallets that are typically circulated above the conveying level when loaded and continue below the conveying level when empty. The WF3000 allows multi-height product conveying and is especially useful where floor space is limited. Both examples take full advantage of the high-quality modular machine building components that are readily available in the Profile System range. Additional automation features such as motion controlled pick and place systems based on MiniTec's Linearmodul LMS positioning actuators are easily designed in. Alternatively, sensor controlled electric or pneumatic actuators can be added along with, simple construction items such as screens, wheels, doors and guards etc. The range of possibilities is made easy with MiniTec's iCAD Assembler design software. This free of charge software allows a choice of standalone program mode, requiring no CAD platform or specialist CAD knowledge, or work in combination with their preferred CAD software system. The software features straightforward menu selection with drag & drop manipulation of individual profiles, connectors and ancillary components with the ability to fully assemble these elements on-screen to realise designs for anything from simple machine frames to complex automated conveying systems.
