The Surtronic Duo is a portable surface roughness tester for shop floor and on-site measurement of multiple roughness parameters. Display and traverse modules can be operated, connected by Bluetooth, as one unit or separated for difficult access applications. Surtronic Duo is suitable for incoming and pre-shipment inspections, manufacturing process control and wear monitoring during product use.
Intra Touch is a contour and finish measurement system for a range of applications including precision machining. It provides surface finish capabilities, including roughness and waviness parameters, feature exclusion and contour and form error analysis.
The Intgra Touch's 1mm vertical range and 16nm resolution deliver accurate contour and surface finish measurements. Its contour-only 28mm gauge option is designed for form measurement and its 50mm horizontal traverse accommodates the most shop floor applications.
In addition to the new Duo and Intra touch, the series also includes the Surtronic R-Series, a roundness and form tester for bearing parts and the Surtronic S-100 portable roughness tester with USB connectivity.
