Cost effective linear guide with recirculating balls
Accuride's DA0115RC is an aluminium track with recirculating ball carriage. The track comes in 2 lengths; 1.2 and 2.4m, which can be cut to the required length and fixing holes drilled as needed.
The ball carriages and end stops are sold separately. An infinite length of track is achieved by butting the tracks together. The slide has been tested over 50,000 metres, delivering loads between 30 and 120kg depending on the orientation and number of ball carriages used.
