In total, NSK will offer 11 different models and 33 types of DIN standard ball screws, having shaft diameters ranging from 20 to 50mm, leads from 5 to 20mm and total lengths ranging from 700 up to 2800mm. With regard to specification, NSK DIN standard ball screws offers a DN maximum value of 150,000 and 160,000, a precision class of JIS Cp5, P (oversize ball) preload type, and either end deflector type or bridge deflector type circulation methods.
By leaving the shaft end un-machined, NSK has the capability to finish-machine the shaft end locally in line with customer specific requirements. To further help OEMs reduce time-to-market, NSK provides the high performance X1 seal and the NSK K1 lubrication unit as optional parts. In this way, NSK is able to provide additional functionality to the ball screws in order to meet the needs of customer applications.
NSK can also offer a range of high precision ball screw support bearings and linear guides along with other optional components such as seals and lubrication units.
