The motor is suited to battery driven applications such as medical and industrial pumps, drug delivery systems, robotic systems, miniature industrial power tools, dental tools, and more. Other applications such as lab automation and humanoid robots can also use the 24DCT Athlonix motor.
Athlonix 24DCT miniature DC motors are available in two variations, precious metal commutation and graphite commutation with a Neo magnet inside. The optional REE (Restriction of Electro Erosion) coil is claimed to prolong the life of the motor.
