Liquid level and temperature sensors
Cynergy3 Components' new range of liquid level sensors incorporate a high specification thermistor, enabling the devices to measure both fluid level and temperature.
The TSF family includes two modules: the TSF40 and TSF70. Typical applications include process storage tanks, vending machines, steam baths, saunas, commercial washing machines and evaporator units.
The TSF40 is a compact level switch with temperature sensing up to 120°C. The switches are internal mounted versions and so require access to the inside of the liquid storage tank.
They are available in Nylon, polypropylene (PP) or Polyphenylene Sulphide (PPS), with a choice of cabling and gasket materials to suit most commonly used liquids. By rotating the device through 180°, the user can also reverse the switching action.
The TSF70 series is the externally mounted version of the switch. By incorporating a compression seal, the device can be mounted from the outside of a liquid storage tank.
The module is also available in Nylon, PP or PPS, with a choice of gasket materials to suit most liquids.
