Load ring offers 'ultimate' safety in lifting
RUD has extended its range of lifting products to include the ABA load ring.
The unit is forged out of the high strength material CrNiMo and surfaced in phosphate for improved material strength and wear resistance.
The ABA is loadable in any direction, operational to temperatures down to -40°C and has a safety factor of 4:1.
The unit provides the ability to check the load ring for damage and wear, via the patented wear marking on both the inside and outside of the body of the load ring.
The patented wear marks allow the user to know if there is more than 10% wear on the item. They also show the angle of the sling or attachment point relative to the ABA.
