New sintering powder from RPS

Parts made from the dark grey powder are said to exhibit excellent stiffness and mechanical properties. Tightly-controlled glass particle size leads to a higher detailed surface finish. Typical applications include automotive engine components, mould and tooling applications, and complex geometries requiring accuracy and feature resolution. The ALM PA616-GS is also suitable for use in rugged applications requiring stiffness at elevated temperatures.
