Renishaw to highlight additive manufacturing
Renishaw is to exhibit its SLM125 and SLM250 Selective Laser Melting (SLM) machines at this year's TCT Live show later this month. The machines use a pioneering additive manufacturing process capable of producing fully dense metal parts, direct from 3D CAD, using a high power fibre laser.
Also on show will be a selection of machine tool probes that automate setting operations such as the QC20-W ballbar system, and the PH20 5-axis touch trigger probe.
