These strainers can be used in lubrication systems or applications such as large fuel pumps in air-to-air refuelling systems which need a coarse inlet screen to filter out unwanted containments and debris, without the risk of pressure drop.
Manufactured from 304L stainless steel with thread sizes ranging from 0.75" to 1.875 they feature a robust, corrugated screen design. This gives maximum open area for increased debris holding capacity and a single piece element that can withstand differential pressures up to 500psid without rupture.
With an integral tool slot these strainers can be easily installed and removed for inspection. In addition, standard screen hole sizes include 0.038" and 0.062" making them ideal for lubrication systems, such as inlet screens for gearbox lubrication pumps or any type of system requiring effective and reliable coarse filtration.
