Compared to traditional methods utilising progressive forming tools, Mate's Roller Solutions increases productivity at the press when creating detailed metal forms.
There are four tools in the range include the Rolling Rib which creates stiffening ribs in products requiring additional strengthening. The Rolling Shear is used for slitting and nibbling operations as well as high-speed straight line and contour cutting. The Rolling Offset creates offsets and eliminates the need for press break secondary forming operations. It can also create straight line and contoured offsets. The Rolling Pincher separates parts from surrounding metal.
Designed for thick-turret B-station applications, all four Roller Solutions handle high-speed applications. The tooling is suited to work on materials including stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum.
