Design startup Crello reaches 1 million registered users in less than two years

Crello has announced it has reached 1 million global users with over 18 million design projects created since its inception in the summer of 2017. The startup has managed to achieve this over the course of 20 months. Twitter and Tumblr took almost two years to reach this milestone.

Crello is a video and graphic design tool built for start-ups, bloggers, and marketers looking to take ownership of the design process with more than 18,000 templates for social media posts, banners, invitations, flyers, posters and other marketing materials. The designs are compatible with 40 formats in total, while the platform’s intuitive interface makes it easy for users without a design background to pick a template, re-position the different design elements within it, add text, alter the background and illustrations, and download the complete design within minutes. The platform also offers a large built-in library of more than 80 million photos.

“When creating Crello, our goal was to add a little magic to DIY design. Thanks to our user-friendly platform, our users can obtain great results without having to spend hours on polishing it to achieve the perfect product, as this has already been taken care of by our designers. Our users tell us that visuals made using Crello look sleek and professional as well as being an easy solution for any creative project,’’ said Liuda Nebozhak, head of the project.
