The 72 hour “from concept to reality” process begins as soon as the Rosti Digital Innovation Lab receives CAD or concept details.
Using truly state of the art equipment, the Rosti team prints prototype components and tooling inserts, which permits moulding on the lab’s dedicated machine in design intent resin.
Moulded components are then 3D scanned and compared to your master data for dimensional stability. Within 72 hours, you can see your components being moulded and measured, ready for functional product testing!
