Introducing The Engineering Design Show Workshop Programme

Practical workshop sessions will be hosted by key exhibitors at The Engineering Design Show. The 20 sessions are held in two workshop theatres on the show floor across both days of the show and promise to support the professional development of all attendees.

Robert Webber, European Applications Manager at Powell Electonics, kicks off the workshop sessions at 10:30 on 19 October. His session is titled ‘Proactive and reactive design methods to solve electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) issues.’ The session will cover how failing an EMC test can be catastrophic for product development and launches, what is a failed EMC test, the test method, how results are displayed, and examples of causes. Robert talks about his session in this speaker video:
