A Safe Pair of Hands
You can count on us to bring your product to market. We will create a clear project management plan and ensure that you are kept informed about the project at each stage of the process. You will benefit from expert guidance and support on every aspect and we will do so collaboratively with the promise that you’ll always be able to speak to our technical team whatever your query.
Design and Develop
Taking your design through to production requires the part to undergo ‘Design for Manufacture’. Our designers act as technical extension of your own team. This process will help identify potential issues early on, ensuring on time and cost delivery of the project. As part of the development process we will use the latest 3D CAD technology, mould flow analysis and superior 3D printing for functional prototypes; combined with a robust knowledge of thermoplastic materials.
We advocate that you take the opportunity to tap into this technical support early in the design process because it helps de-risk the project thus avoiding costly modifications at a later stage.
Support and Supply
You may already have a tool, or a suite of tools, and are looking for an injection moulder to be your outsource partner. We know that supply chain efficiency relies on performance and reliability. We also know that the quality of plastic parts are affected by the condition of the tool. As your appointed moulder we place importance on scheduling routine maintenance to protect the tool quality, lifespan and the parts it produces.
Mould and Manufacture
Our mould shop is equipped with 30 moulding machines ranging from 25 tonnes to 1700 tonnes, operating with robots and real time performance monitoring software. This scope of machinery results in extensive capabilities; from moulding medical parts weighing 1g to pipe couplings weighing in at 48 kg, and components with a surface area up to 1.5m 2 .
Talk in Person to an Expert
We will be exhibiting at the Southern Manufacturing Show. There will be a lot to see on our stand E310. On display are over 70 injection moulded and 3D printed parts from medical items weighing just 1g to a hefty 450mm coupler weighing 35kg. The many items serve to illustrate our company’s capability and technical know-how to injection mould a vast array of parts using a number of moulding processes and in many materials. Visitors to the stand are sure to find a part applicable for discussing their needs with experts on hand to talk through moulding solutions.
