New connector for fast frame assembly

The popularity of the HepcoMotion® MCS aluminium frame and machine construction system grows year on year, not just in the UK but across the world. Indeed, to keep pace with demand HepcoMotion® has now established a separate factory for the extensive MCS range. The dedicated facility is adjacent to the company's main production site for its linear motion products, in Tiverton, Devon.
One of the products now manufactured at this new site is the MCS – RapiLok, a new style of profile connector for the MCS system that creates a rigid, right-angled joint in seconds. Cross drilling of profiles is a thing of past and only one profile needs to be tapped, no additional components are needed. RapiLok saves time, cuts costs and the resulting joint is also anti-rotation and therefore suitable for twisting loads.
