The FT is a unique ultra- thin NTC thermistor sensor mounted on a 150 micron ceramic substrate. Its unique construction and miniature format (size down to 0201) enables placement of the FT closer to where it's needed, therefore enabling the very quick sensing of very rapid rates of temperature change (Tc <0.5 sec).
Simply it offers the engineer the very best chance of sensing, controlling and protecting their applications.
