Merriott Plastics was established in 1999, and since then has grown to the company it is today, including ICM (Plastic Moulding) Ltd to form the Merriott Plastics Group. Both companies have facilities to produce parts in both Thermoplastic and Thermoset, and undoubtibly have the largest number of compression presses in the country. Serving a diverse customer base in both the UK and worldwide with mainly industrial moulded products, we also supply the automotive industry at the higher end vehicle brands.
Our knowledge and expertise in the Thermoset industry drives us to maintain this as an important service to the electrical and rail industry, due to the benefits of the insulation, strength and fire resistance properties of these types of materials.
With a large range of Thermoplastic injection machines that are modern and in most cases tie-barless, enables us to place large tools into lower tonnage to gain benefits to both.
With our tooling, material and process knowledge, we are in a position to support the customer and their designs through to full production.
