Cost-effective measuring roller gap separation
The measurement of the position of the roll bearing on the inside rollers is an essential requirement in a number of precision manufacturing processes.
It is a measurement task that can be achieved simply and cost-effectively using an RDP E725 digital indicator in combination with an LVDT. RDP Electronics Ltd's E725 amplifier indicator can be set to display the average gap and run out across the width of the roller.
