The self-aligning Igubal spherical bearings press-fit into sheets, bored with a standard 10mm diameter, and lock axially. The design compensates automatically for errors, so precise alignment of the housing during fitting is unnecessary.
As with all Igus bearings, these light-weight Igubal spherical bearings are self-lubricating and maintenance free, as well as resistant to the effects of chemicals and corrosion.
